Parent Consultation

Who Are They For? Parent consultation sessions are perfect for families who may be struggling with challenging behaviors, looking for more support addressing the developmental needs of children, or who are becoming parents for the first time. Maybe you need some help keeping your child engaged in school or connecting with your teenager, or maybe you just wish your house could feel more peaceful. Individual parent consultation sessions are designed to help you navigate the always-changing challenge of raising humans.

Parenting Philosophy. I do not utilize any single parenting model because I believe that every family and every child are unique and that a one-size-fits-all parenting plan does not work. There are so many ways to be excellent parents. I will work with your family to develop a parenting strategy that reflects your values, beliefs, and goals.

I will work with your family to develop a parenting plan that is tailored to you. I will continue to follow up with you and support you as long as you feel it is necessary. I can meet with families weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or even quarterly, depending on the needs of the family.

Cost. Parent consultation sessions are 50 minutes long and billed at $185 per session. You decide if you would like to meet weekly or monthly etc. Payment is due prior to the start of service.
